Support to Implementation of REZ Agency activities 2009 – 2011 by the EU is the capacity building of Central BiH Region, primarily increasing the regional stakeholders’ capacities for economic development, SMEs, as well as REZ Agency.

Information prepared and sent to 5.174 addresses of stakeholders – 8 REZ Newsletters published – 6 seminars on EU Developments & Grant Information - Increase absorption capacity
PCMs (156 participants) – LFA trainings (98 participants) – Technical assistance for project proposals provided in 32 occasions – 8 meetings held to establish a Regional Network of LDA’s & NGO’s – 1 pilot initiative - Business Infrastructure Development
18 trainings held – 1 manual prepared – 38 direct TA’s provided - Agriculture development
6 meetings conducted - Technical assistance to partners in Tourism sector
8 meetings organised - SME Development
2 SME days (282 participants) – 2 regional initiatives created – 598 TA’s provided to SMEs – 25 Business plans developed – 36 Start-up and other SME supported – Web portal developed for promotion of investment opportunities – 431 business linkages established – SME “BizRez” portal developed – APS Database developed for tracking business services provided - Human Resource Development
7 seminars for SMEs (199 participants) – 3 generations of CISCO (Academy of network technologies) – 48 participants – 4 CNC trainings for SME of wood/metal sectors (60 participants) - Development strategies
Bi-annual regional SEA updated – System of monitoring of regional and municipal economic performance established – Database of funding sources & opportunities developed (1,417 stakeholders accessed the database) – 41 consultations provided for revision or completion of municipal development strategies - REZ Agency Institutional Activities
