The publication is one of the activities of the project “Introduction of management systems for special waste categories in two cantons in Bosnia and Herzegovina” implemented by GIZ – German Development Cooperation through the Program of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany and Waste and Recycling Company ALBA Zenica d.o.o. The partner in the implementation of the project is the Regional Development Agency for the region of Central BiH – REZ Agency
The publication was prepared with the support of partner organizations in the project: JKP “Komunalac” Busovača, JP “Rad” Tešanj, JKP “Bašbunar” Travnik, JKP “Komunalno” Žepče, City of Zenica, Municipality Busovača, Municipality Tešanj, Municipality Travnik, Municipality Žepče.
For the survival of nature in its original form, waste management must not cause harmful consequences for the environment. It is the obligation of every individual who generates waste or is its owner to use/dispose it in a proper and environmentally sound manner.
