Specific objective

Establish the wood-processing and forestry cluster for BiH companies (CCA).

Achieved results

  • In cooperation with USAID CCA, assistance was provided to groups of companies from the wood-processing sector. A new approach strategy was applied.
  • The BiH Wood Cluster was registered in May 2008, which contributed to increasing the competitiveness of cluster members.
  • Within the project, an analysis of the impact of some activities of the wood-processing and forestry cluster in BiH on the business, members of the cluster, was made.
    The task of the REZ Agency was to consolidate the data from the questionnaires distributed to companies and to present the results.
